About Kelly

Kelly is a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).  Kelly works in accordance with their Ethical Framework and attends regular clinical supervision to ensure her practice remains safe, reflective, and ethically grounded.

Kelly's work is rooted in relational, trauma-informed approaches, with particular focus on attachment, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation. Kelly continues professional development that supports her in working carefully and ethically with experiences of relational trauma, abandonment, betrayal, and loss of self-trust.

Kelly has experience working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Kelly values the individuality each person brings to therapy and aims to offer a space that feels thoughtful, steady, and respectful.

At the heart of Kelly's work is the therapeutic relationship. Kelly believes meaningful change happens in relationships, particularly where trust has been difficult in the past. Kelly aims to offer a consistent, containing space where you can explore your experiences without judgement.

Kelly offers online therapy for adults across the UK, as well as face-to-face sessions in a calm woodland setting
